Deposits and cancellation
Reservations are guaranteed by registering your credit card. No deposit is required.
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation or no show with 7 days or less than the expected arrival date, 100% is due.
The balance is paid on departure from the time of check-out.
Les Cordeliers may cancel a reservation at any time in the event of catastrophe, death or disease that compromises its capacity. In the unlikely event of this type of occurrence, every attempt will be made to communicate the cancellation as soon as possible, and to refund any payments made.
