WiFi is available in all suites and is free of charge. (No TV provided. Please use your handheld devices to access your language news and programs).

To preserve the tranquility of Les Cordeliers de Sarlat, and cultivate an adult-centered environment, children are not permitted.

Regrettably, pets are no longer allowed.

All guest rooms have their own air conditioning units.

While there are no individual refrigerators in guest rooms, there is a galley kitchen on the first floor with a communal refrigerator which guests are encouraged to courteously share with each other.

Les Cordeliers de Sarlat has one staircase only. When you arrive, we will be happy to accompany you and to assist with your luggage.

Each guest is given a key to the guest room reserved. Keys must be personally returned by guests upon departure.

While every attempt is made to provide the guest room selected, there may be circumstances that require the provision of another guest room. A change in guest room may occur in the case of an unexpected plumbing repair, a reservation system error or an electrical outage, for example.

Neither smoking nor vaping are permited anywhere on the property. Similarly, candles are not permitted. Les Cordeliers de Sarlat takes every step possible to ensure against the incidence of smoke or fire. Please help contribute to our smoke-free environment.

In an effort to preserve the tranquil atmosphere guests have come to expect and enjoy, please observe quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM and ending at 8:00 AM.

Guest rooms are touched up every day with a change of towels provided after 3 nights and a change of sheets provided after 5 nights.

We do not have safes in guest rooms

Free parking is available nearby at Place des Cordeliers. It is a few minutes walk from the house. Where appropriate, paid parking is possible in the street and nearby.

The SNCF train station is a 25-minute walk from Cordeliers de Sarlat. Make sure to arrange a taxi in advance to pick you up as often there are no taxis waiting at the train station.

To come from Paris, you can choose:

• take a direct flight Paris-Brive (duration 1 hour) then rent a car or take a Brive Sarlat taxi (duration 1 hour)
• take the train to Bordeaux (duration 2h) then take another train to Sarlat (duration 3h10) or rent a car or a taxi to Bordeaux-Sarlat (duration 2h15)
• take the train from Paris Austerlitz to Souillac station (duration 5h) then finish the Souillac-Sarlat journey by taxi (duration 30 min)

To come from Bordeaux, you can choose:

• take the train direction Sarlat (duration 3h10)
• take a taxi, your car or rent one (duration 2h15)

To come from Toulouse, you can directly take a taxi, your car or hire one. (duration 2 hours) No train connects Toulouse to Sarlat.

We recommend that you contact Europcar, not far from the Sarlat SNCF station.
