Payment
Reservations are made when credit card information is registered.
No deposits or advance payments are taken.
The tourist tax (.88 in 2025; 1,15 in 2026) by law must be paid in person upon arrival. The V.A.T., value added tax, is included in the room rate.
When online travel agencies (OTA's) or other third-party booking services are used, their payment methods may override Les Cordeliers' practices.
Les Cordeliers' preferred form of payment is cash or by wire transfer; please request our RIB and expect to pay in cash.
Cancellation
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation (or no show) within 30 or fewer days of arrival, regardless of the reason, 100% of the stay will be charged to the registered credit card. Please purchase trip insurance to guard against travel uncertainty.
As a small, family-owned and operated business, we depend on advance reservations.
Les Cordeliers may cancel a reservation at any time in the event of disaster, death or severe illness that compromises its capacity to deliver services; in the highly unlikely event of this type of occurrence, every attempt will be made to communicate the cancellation as soon as possible and to refund 100% of any payments made.
Arrivals and departures
Arrivals We look forward to greeting you between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please be sure to notify us in advance.
Departures Check-out time is by or before 11:00 am daily.
